Andrew Southern

Group Chairman

With over 25 years experience in the industry, Andrew oversees all Southern Grove Holdings real estate and construction activities. Under this umbrella also sits the dynamic businesses Future Generation, HiiLIFE, Future Life and Southern Grove Films.

He specialises in large, regeneration and mixed-use schemes where he has overseen the planning and construction of a residential, student and hospitality portfolio in excess of £1Bn.

Nick Vaughan MRICS

CEO

Nick has over 25 years of experience in the residential development sector, holding senior board-level positions on both the development and funding sides of the industry. He is deeply passionate about all aspects of property, with a particular focus on the delivery of high-quality, multi-tenure housing.

Laurence Jospeh

Head of Finance & Corporate Governance

Laurence qualified as an ACCA certified accountant and has responsibility for administering the finance and corporate governance function of the Southern Grove group of companies.

Previously, he spent 13 years as Group Finance Director of Morgan UK, a French ladies fashion chain.

He also has extensive experience in the Real Estate sector working with banks, funders and other financial institutions.

Charity Golf Day

In support of Myeloma Cancer Research. Southern Grove hold their annual charity golf day in aid of Myeloma, a charity close to our heart and specifically in the memory of Eddie Kohn who was a close personal friend and business partner of Andrew Southern and Tom Slingsby raising over £75,000 to-date.
